Jale joined Vision Action in February 2024. She is a senior expert in the civil society sector, specialising in development, programme management, fundraising and donor relations, leading multi-national teams and working in high pressure contexts. She spent almost a decade as the managing director for a sport for peace and development organisation, working in conflict and post-conflict affected communities. She also has professional experience as an international resource development manager supporting strategic income generation and diversification in Europe, the United Kingdom, United States, Middle East and in South Africa.
