As Grants and Organisational Compliance Lead Judith ensures the charity maintains strong governance, donor compliance and regulatory standards across its UK legal obligations and international programmes. As our Volunteer Programme Lead Judith coordinates requests from our country programmes for support through our volunteer programme. She has visited all our programme countries, gaining a good understanding of our programmes and how Professional Volunteers can support them. Prior to joining Vision Action in 2014, Judith had 9 years’ experience in a management role in the voluntary sector, having previously had a career in business travel. In her free time, she enjoys live music, travel and spending time with her family.
